Pinspired: Gold Dip Toe

I've been adoring these gold dipped toe heels and thought it would be a fun project since I have so many plain black heels handy.

I went to Michael's Sunday while Noah was watching football and came home with supplies for three different projects. This was one of them.


Supplies needed:
•shoes
•painter's or masking tape
•craft paint or spray paint
•paint brush

1. Choose any pair of heels or flats. I chose these pointy black heels I've had forever that were begging for a makeover!



2. Next, I eyeballed where to wrap the tape.


3. This was the hardest part. I should have just stuck with spray paint but I chose some glittery craft paint. I started this on Sunday and after a bajillion coats later...


4. I let it dry, peel the tape off, and voila! It turned out so good! I love that I went with glitter and not just the metallic finish!



These will be so fun to style!
