Office Daydreams

I have recently been very inspired lately and it occurred to me I don't have a room in my house to work. The only space in my house that is currently free is a tiny corner in my bedroom. Of course to Pinterest I went to get some ideas! 

Here are some of the things I am thinking about! 

I love this parsons desk. But I am thinking about spray painting the legs gold! Like this... 

Let's add some gold and white shelves too! That will lay the foundation of my little corner space!

Camo Craze

Camo is trending right now and I have found myself liking it more and more. I used to cringe when thinking about wearing camouflage. But then again I had only seen it worn in a very tacky way or practically like for hunting.

Are you digging the camo craze?

Weekend Recap

Sundays can be so depressing. It seems to go by so fast and it marks the end of the weekend. But Sundays are the worst when you have to say good-bye to family or friends visiting for the weekend.

Saturday was Mimi's (my mother-in-law) birthday and as a surprise, Noah's sister and nieces drove down from Virginia.

Mimi opened the door on Friday and I was super surprised. She couldn't stop crying. We haven't seen them since June and we've missed them so much. It was so nice to have them visit for the weekend.

We had a big breakfast on Saturday morning and then went downtown to walk around and shop. There is always something going on in Savannah and right now they have transformed the shops downtown for the filming of Spongbob Squarepants. It's so cool! We had to go check it out.  We had lunch and walked around for a bit.

For dinner we grilled out steaks, sang happy birthday and enjoyed chocolate cake.

What I Wore Wednesday {wiww}

Yes, It's Wednesday and the weather is awesome! I'm so excited because the whole rest of the week and weekend it will be sunny and in the 80's. Not quite cool weather, but awesome nonetheless.

Monday it was hot so I was able to still get away with wearing my summer brights and sandals. I'll miss the open toe shoes and sandals but I also can't wait to bust out the boots and booties.

What I Wore Wednesday {wiww}

I somehow made it almost the entire day thinking it was Tuesday. What a great surprise at work to find out today is really Wednesday! One day closer to the weekend! Here's this week's looks for wiww.

How cute is this tee? I found it on sale at JcPenney over the weekend from the Joe Fresh collection. I have a frenchie and I've been seeing them all over graphic tees. I don't have a problem with this at all.

And how beautiful does my Ell and Emm Audrey necklace look with this outfit! So gorgeous. One of my favorite jewelry purchases ever! It instantly dresses up any look!

Its October and Halloween is close.  I stumbled across this adorable and festive top over the weekend. It was on a mannequin and it was paired with a red blazer. I don't have a red blazer but I do have some red pants. I looked up the top online and though its not impressive over the web, it's super cute in person!
