Back to School with Famous Footwear

Summer is over and back to school is in full swing for the Cruzan household. We officially have a first grader (Ava) and a pre-schooler (Lily)!


Back to school is always an exciting time. It's a fresh start and full of new possibilities! We are starting off the year with new teachers and new friends to meet.  Ava and Lily have been such great students from what their teachers tell us and we are so proud of them!


#InTheseShoes Lily is a leader in the classroom, showing the younger students the ropes. The most important lessons in the classroom in the first few weeks are grace & courtesy and learning the class routine. Since this is Lily's second year in pre-school she's a pro!


#InTheseShoes Ava loves taking on the big sister role. She takes her little sister to breakfast every morning and walks her back to the classroom. On Fridays Ava goes to Lily's classroom to have lunch with her. It makes my heart smile knowing they have each other.


#InTheseShoes Momma is confident this school year will be a success. This year brings homework, projects and soccer practice! We will kick this school year's butt and count down the days until summer!
